installation method
1. A straight pipe section with 5 times diameter shall be reserved before and after Pitot tube.
2, installation position pressure does not exceed 20kPa.
installation instructions
① Connect the test hoses to the measurement interfaces at the left and right ends of the transmitter respectively.
② Fix the transmitter through three-point positioning, open the meter cover to install the power line and signal line, and pay attention to the signal line interface downward during installation.
③ Install pitot tube on measurement pipeline, technical requirements and specifications are as follows:
A. Pitot tube inlet and outlet direction parallel to the pipeline direction and pay attention to sealing, to prevent measurement port pressure deviation caused by inaccurate measurement;
B. Pitot tube measuring port shall be installed at the center line of the tested pipeline as far as possible (as shown in the above figure);
C. Generally, in order to ensure accurate measurement, the pitot tube measures the distance L 1.5d (pipe diameter) from the front and rear elbows of the pipeline under test≥;
D. The length of the hose connecting the pitot tube to the transmitter is≤ 2m;
E. Hoses To connect the transmitter, connect the pitot inlet (positive pressure) direction hose to the left side of the transmitter (positive) and the back inlet (back pressure) direction hose to the right side of the transmitter (negative)(as shown above).
